Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options for your convenience:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days within the contiguous US.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days within the contiguous US.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout. We offer:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $50.

  • Flat-rate shipping fees for orders below $50, starting at $5.

  • Expedited shipping fees based on destination.

Packaging

To protect your coffee mugs and lapel pins during shipping, we use sturdy packaging with sufficient padding, including bubble wrap and double-boxing if necessary, to ensure safe delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Shipping Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed. Contact us immediately if you need to update your address, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement/refund if appropriate.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
